In a good location staff ( evelina, Abdul and John) were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area room was clean and tidy (John cleaner) was on top of changing my beading . Overall was good and typical hostel.

Positives: A nice smaller sized hostel, very chilled, no key cards etc. Showers and toilets on every floor. The staff were all friendly to speak to. Really friendly guys. They hosted Bingo there one evening. I also liked the area, it's very peaceful and calm. A Tesco Metro is nearby and the Thames.
The Bad: Bed Bugs in at least 2 rooms late July 2026. The place does get cleaned and fumigated or sprayed but it often takes several attempts to get rid of all of them. Once they get on top of this the place should improve.

I slept on the bottom bunk and I saw bedbugs everywhere on the bed and floor in my room. I even had to climb the stairs to another level to take my bath, and the bathroom was not clean. It’s the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.
