Perfect couples villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eyterpi Villa. It is the perfect size for a couple. Great outside spaces, with separate dining, cooking & sunbathing areas. A good size pool, 2 bathrooms. Fabulous views & beautiful sunsets (photos don’t do them justice). It is very quiet even with other villas around. A short drive down into Agia Marina & about 10mins drive to big supermarkets. The area is safe & much more relaxed than Chania centre. Host very quick to respond when needed & very polite & professional. We would absolutely recommend for a relaxing holiday & we would stay again when in Crete.

Not a huge amount of kitchen utensils, crockery & cutlery, but we always bring some of our own things & we bought a few bits (Jumbo is 10mins drive & has everything for great prices). Also a set of drawers in the bedroom would be good, as only 1 wardrobe. Mainly for longer stays like ours.

Fantastic time

Wonderful, quiet place on a hill with a beautiful view. Villa of the right size with a great pool. This was our third stay at this Villa and we will definitely come back to this place

Shame -a nice place but needs money spent on it before it can be claimed to be luxury standard.

Good location and the villa was built of local stone and was very attractive looking. Bathroom downstairs was new and beautifully tiled.

The cutlery was not of a "luxury" standard - far from it. The cutlery was absolutely rubbish and there were no decent knives to prepare food with. We bought 2 steak knives to get over the problem. Plates etc were cheap and nasty. Such a disappointment when we opened the door to the villa. There was no comfort downstairs. The settee was a terrible bed settee that was uncomfortable and the 2 other chairs were like deck chairs and about as comfortable as deck chairs. We brought the outside settee in on a night - not great but a bit more comfortable than was on offer.

Fantastic vacancies !

We had a wonderful journey in Pantanassa villas. The location is very strategic in Aegia Marina. You are located in the heart of the olive trees in a quiet area at only 10 minutes by car of the centre where there are restaurants, bakery and coffee shops or for souvenirs or the beach. You can go to Chania and the old Venetian Port at only 20 minutes. For excursions as well, this is very close to the road for the wonderful Fantanassa beach, amazing Efalonissi, Imbros Gorge or Kissamos port where you can enjoy the Balos Lagos excursions. About the house, I really loved to stay here, the sea view is absolutely amazing, with the private swimming pool, the house is clean and well-organised and employers are friendly. Every day, someone takes care of the garden, and the cleaning. The common area is lovely with olive trees and yellow stones like a traditional Crete village. Finally, Stamatis the hôte is very professional and reactive you can contact him if necessary he will do the best for your comfort and for enjoying your journey.

“Clio” - Appartment ohne Pool. Die Lage, das Appartment an sich im Wesentlichen mit einigen Einschränkungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host

- Geschirr teilweise verdreckt (verstehe nicht, weshalb beim housekeeping sowas nie mit gesäubert wird) - Badezimmer. Sauberkeit ging so, insbesondere das Waschbecken und die Badewanne könnten deutlich besser gereinigt werden. Die Dusche (Badewanne) sehr gefährlich, da eine Glaswand den Ausstieg erschwert - Rutschgefahr.

Die Lage war traumhaft wie auch der Pool und die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Toll fanden wir auch die Mückennetze an den Fenstern! (Leider nicht in den Schlafräumen). Schöne Badezimmer. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gerne würden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen!

Secondo me è una buona struttura per il prezzo ma non darei mai 9 che per me corrisponde al "lusso".

L'appartamento è abbastanza carino, i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La zona di agia marina è comoda per visitare le spiaggie piu belle al nord di Creta.

Ho trovato aspetti negativi: Il primo è che la strada per raggiungere la struttura è estremamente ripida e stretta e quindi anche se il centro dista 5 min in macchina, avendo una bimba piccola non potevamo andarci a piedi con il passeggino poichè la strada di ritorno è brutta. Onestamente avevo capito dalla descrizione che il centro città/mare fossero raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo trovato molte formiche dentro l'appartamento e anche una sorta di scarafaggi vicino alla porta. I proprietari sono stati gentili e portarci uno spray e a far pulire l'appartamento però per noi viaggiando con una bambina piccola questa cosa ci ha creato disagio. Abbiamo trovato le formiche nel suo cibo.

Πολυ καλη επιλογή, Value for money

Εμείς μείναμε στην βίλα Ερατώ, μικρή αλλά βολική, είχε καλό εξοπλισμό, μικρή πισίνα αλλά την ευχαριστήθηκαν τα παιδιά και με πολύ καλή θέα και ησυχία. Όσες φορές χρειαστήκαμε κάτι ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως μέσω μνμ στην booking. Σίγουρα θα ξαναεπιλέγαμε το μέρος για διακοπές.

Θα πρότεινα κάποιες ταμπέλες καθοδήγησης από το κέντρο προς τις βίλες γιατί είναι εύκολο να μπλεχτεί κανείς στα στενά της Αγίας Μαρίνας ή του Σταλού, αυτό μόνο.

Μας άρεσε η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, η όμορφη εκμετάλλευση ενός σχετικά μικρού χώρου, που όμως έχει την βολή ενός μικρού διαμερίσματος. Η θέα μας ήταν άπλετη προς την θάλασσα, και η συνεννόηση με τον διαχειριστή του δωματίου μας πολύ εύκολη. Υπάρχει εύκολη θέση στάθμευσης έξω από το διαμέρισμα, και επίσης πολύ αποτελεσματικό το αποκλειστικό router του δωματίου για wifi

Ένα μόνο αρνητικό εντοπίσαμε. Η ντουλάπα δεν έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση από αυτόν που κοιμάται απέναντι, με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει κάποιες άσκοπες βόλτες γύρω από το κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ. Μικρό όμως το κακό αυτό, μπροστά σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα.
