Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Architektenhaus in ruhiger Lage, wunderschöne Einrichtung, die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Wirklichkeit. Von der sehr großen Dachterasse kann man nur schwärmen, mit Fernblick auf das Meer, Olivenbäume und den Ort. An Einrichtung fehlt nix, alles ist neu und sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns mit unseren großen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service des Vermieters ist grandios, wir reisten mitten in der Nacht an und er empfing uns. Bei Fragen kam sofort eine Antwort und wir hatten die besten Empfehlungen für gute Strände, Restaurants und Wanderungen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Alles Gute!

As a group of 8 people, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. We lived in 4 rooms, each with a double bed, 4 bathrooms, and 4 showers! This was amazing to shower quickly and have separation. There is enough space for 2 cars. We enjoyed the view from the roof balcony, which is very spacious and calm. You can sit there for sunrise, sunset, or at night and have a view over the olive trees towards the sea. Even a yoga session for 8 people is possible.
The garden has some sun chairs and a couch and has some old olive trees around. The big windows make it quickly accessible.
The fridge is big enough, and the kitchen equipment is okay; we managed to cook for 8 people multiple times. The WiFi has Wi-Fi 6 and is reachable from the central rooms in the house. The TV can be connected to your phone so you can watch YouTube, etc., as a group.
The owner was really helpful and waited for us to show us the property in person, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Thanks for this effort.
We also communicated beforehand via WhatsApp or Booking quickly and politely.

Casa Astra is a brand-new, modern villa just outside the centre of Agia Marina. The location offers fantastic views from the roof terrace and benefits from being just a short walk to an excellent selection of tavernas. The wonderful beach bars of Agia Marina are only a couple of minutes walk further.
When we first arrived, we were blown away by the quality and cleanliness of the villa. The kitchen & living area is a great place to get together for breakfasts with large patio doors that make the outside patios very accessible. We really appreciated the large fridge freezer; it was so useful!
All of the bedrooms are very comfortable with large beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are TVs too but we never needed them.
The real star of the property is the roof terrace which is very large, an excellent sun trap and in the evenings has incredible views across the resort to the sea. A cooling drink or two at sun down could easily become a night under the stars.
The owner of the property, Panagiotis is a diamond. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we had a full WhatsApp message with instructions about the property and the all important WiFi. Throughout our stay, he was on hand to answer any questions or help out whenever we needed. He made what was already a wonderful stay even better by making everything so easy and seamless.
We would definitely be interested in staying here in the future.
You will have to come to terms with the fact that eventually, you will have to return home.
