Bon emplacement tranquille et accessible, espace extérieur vaste et bien entretenu (hormis la terrasse qui doit être partagée car promiscuité avec le 2ème gîte)
Équipement trop sommaire: pas de four, pas de casseroles, télévision minuscule, éclairage grande pièce triste et faiblard, et surtout un escalier bruyant qui réveille obligatoirement ceux qui restent dans la cambre collective qui n'est même pas fermée.
