sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage. Innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten befindet man sich in der Innenstadt. Der große Balkon war wirklich super. Was uns auch gut gefallen hat, dass wir unseren PKW in der Tiefgarage des Autos parken konnten. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Es waren um die 38 Grad. Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer. In den Schlafräumen sind sog. Klimageräte, die aber nicht die notwendige Leistung haben. Da es nachts draußen auch recht laut sein kann, mussten wir die Fenster geschlossen halten.

Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato, cucina ben organizzata con tutto il necessario, comodo il terrazzino, utile la lavatrice. Vicino al centro che è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Presente anche stendibiancheria e mollette
Aria condizionata solo in salotto, nelle camere ci sono dei ventilatori portatili, ma sono rumorosi per cui di notte vanno spenti altrimenti non si riesce a riposare. Le tapparelle sono tutte elettriche, però una della cucina e due del salotto non erano funzionanti così come l'asciugatrice anche se comunque non è servita. Poco agevole lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, perché in parte si possono buttare nel locale apposito altri nei contenitori nella piazza accanto

Poor and noisy air con in bedroom, clothes dryer not working (was to be repaired After our stay!), lift in building not working for almost a week with narrow stairs making life very difficult, particularly for older people.
