Great Apartment Great Location

The location was perfect, so close to the tourist center and the old city. The apartment was big and my sister and I had lots of room in the living/ dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed. At the time the dryer was not working. We did wash our clothes but it did leak and we stopped using it. We enjoyed our 6 days at this apartment. Aix was a delight and the apartment’s location was a pleasant surprise to us.

Well-appointed apartment in a central location with on-site parking. Would stay again!

1. Overall, a clean and well-appointed apartment 2. Excellent location 3. The owner is responsive to input.

1. Air-conditioning only in living room. Bedrooms had either a fan or a cooling machine, which were noisy and not as comfortable. 2. Opposite from student halls of residence - can be noisy/smoky in the wee hours of the morning with students meeting in the front of our building to chat and smoke.

Parking directions were unclear and the owner doesn’t speak English at all. When we had problems it was very frustrating trying to resolve them.

Great place but attention needed.

Location, size, cleanliness and parking.

Owner needs to pay attention to detail. TV only shows DVDs, no free-to-air TV. Electric kettle was faulty and blew master fuse. Clothes dryer was "out of service" prior to our arrival and still that way after our stay. Hot water control is almost impossible to use as it needs strong effort - this has been the case for so long the owner puts advice into using the apartment. It should be fixed.

EXCELLENT

The apartment was spacious, light and airy with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The host was also very nice and attended immediately when we inadvertently locked the door keys inside the apartment !

The apartment is really very nice and commodious. It was perfectly clean. Quit place just few minutes by walk from the city centre. Perfect choise to stay in Aix.

The location and the layout of the apt

We left the apt clean and tidy, so I was not happy about paying such a large cleaning bill. Maybe 25 euros would have been more appropriate

Goede basis voor verblijf in het centrum van Aix-en-Provence.

De centrale ligging is ideaal. Het balkon/terras is prima. De uitrusting is goed (geen broodmes maar dat is een detail). De garage is een belangrijk pluspunt.

De temperatuurinstelling van de douche (rechterknop) is alleen met droge handen en veel kracht in beweging te krijgen. Helaas was de lift bij aankomst kapot. Veel sjouwwerk dus vanuit de garage. Gelukkig bij vertrek gerepareerd.

Gut ausgestattetes schönes Appartement in wirklicher Top-Lage am Rand der Altstadt, damit alles super zu Fuß erreichbar (außerdem Parkplatz in Tiefgarage), wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

obscurité du couloir pour acceder à la boite a clé et faire le code. Laisser la voiture en stationnement interdit pendant qu'on va chercher le Bip parking au 3° étage!

Perfekt läge, nära till allt. Bekväm lägenhet med allt du behöver.

Perfekt läge, bara några minuters promenad från centrum. Tyst område, nästan ingen biltrafik alls. Bra instruktioner, enkelt att checka in. Lägenheten var bekväm, det var rent och snyggt, köket välutrustat, bra badrum med ordentligt tryck i duschen, gott om handdukar. Härlig balkong! Yeni var en trevligt och mycket hjälpsam värdinna. Hit kommer vi tillbaka!
