Perfect location if coming by taxi or car! Right across the tourist office where many tours start and is beside the Rotonde. We came by car and pulled up in front of the building and didn't have to drag our luggage across cobblestone streets. The apartment is roomy, quiet and spotless. We reported a small shower leak on arrival, which they fixed the same day and left a message and gift. There is an elevator for higher floors. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated knowing there were multiple doors to the building with variations on the number. We had to walk around to find the correct address. There is tv with French stations but there is YouTube. Helpful for looking a videos for what to do in Aix. There was an infant high chair for those with young children.

There was a message inside the unit saying to not leave the key in the door when closing it, or it would render the lock useless and we'd have to call a locksmith. We weren't sure if that meant the outside of the door or inside when closing the door. It made leaving and coming stressful. We were scared to lock the door from the inside when we were inside.

The location was perfect, very clean and private

10am check out, any later and they want €40, sent a few requests, standard business reply

Équipements récents propres/ fonctionnels; appartement bien insonorisé. Réponses rapides et aidantes de l’hôte( ;-)). Balcon ++

Accès difficile pour la première entrée(adresse, code, type de clé).

La ubicación aunque de noche se llena de personas en situación de calle y es oscuro

Primero no pudimos entrar al departamento sino dos horas más tarde porque las llaves del estacionamiento estaban en un placard cerrado y tuvo que venir alguien a asistirnos después de un tiempo. La cama es muy incómoda. La luz se corta si hay dos aparatos funcionando. No dejaron jabón de la ropa de cortesía y solo dos pequeños rollos de papel higiénico para 7 días…. Solo tres cucharitas de postre de plástico de niños para comer…. El estacionamiento es de pago y más caro que el que está justo abajo que se llama Rotonda. Mal acceso al estacionamiento… sin paso peatonal. La señora que nos atendió no colaboró en nuestra estadía… le pedimos consejos de bodegas que nunca envió, ni nos solucionó el tema de la luz que tuvimos que arreglar nosotros. El filtro del equipo de aire sucio. Tuvimos frío y me dijo que la manta estaba en un placard.. tirada sin funda encima de las escobas.
