Palm Beach Resort, Alleppey

*A Monsoon Love Letter to Palm Beach Resort and to Alleppey’s Shores* ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at this beach resort in Alleppey with my husband, right in the heart of monsoon, and it turned out to be pure magic. The climate was poetry itself. Rain drummed soft verses on the roof while the wind came rushing in off the Arabian Sea, wild and untamed, lifting your hair and your mood all at once. The beach was a deadly romantic combination — grey skies melting into silver waves, footprints vanishing the moment you made them, and the sound of the surf writing and rewriting its own story. We walked for hours, got drenched, laughed, and felt completely rejuvenated, as if the monsoon washed away more than just the city dust. The food was another chapter of the same dream. They have an in-house restaurant, but due to the monsoon and limited gas availability it was closed temporarily. We requested food arrangements, and the team fulfilled it beautifully. Fresh catches still arrived at the table like treasures — pomfret grilled to perfection, karimeen that melted on the tongue, prawns so sweet you could taste the backwaters in them. Simple, honest cooking, but the kind that stays with you long after the plate is empty. The rooms are just above average, nothing fancy, but what the resort lacks in polish it more than makes up for in warmth. The owners are the real highlight. They welcomed us like family, checked in with genuine care, and shared that they’re planning a new property there — already under process. You can feel their heart in this place. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. I’d return here without a second thought, monsoon or not. If you want romance, rain, and the raw beauty of Alleppey’s coast, this is the place. Already dreaming of our next visit 🌧️🌊

Otherwise , very Kind personnel and Owner . hotel has a direct access to the Beach and a garden . Very good Price and Great location. Breakfast typical from kerala with many choices .

Deluxe villa N*1 Dirty . They had to clean on my request after 21h. On my arrival. NO towels, no soap . No tv Smell in the room. No way to open Windows . That causes a problem as I have chlostrophobia. The toilet flush is not working. Shower in the bath tube is neither working : you need to fill a bucket with water . Other building : Golden rooms Completely different Sea View & balconies. Clean In both cases : no safe in the rooms No ayurvedique treatments provided in the hotel but there is a very Nice Ayurvedic place 100m from the hotel.

Location only

There was not much to like except for the sea view. The rooms were smelly. There was a lot of dirt on the corners in every room. There was a weird smell in the room when we entered. There was a party going on at night which kept on going till late and kept us up all the time. The staff's attitude was very, very inattentive to begin with, although it improved later. When we reached the hotel/resort, they had given our room to someone else and we had to move to alternate rooms.
