Paul is an excellent host! The space was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It is in-fact a heritage property which made our stay even more special. The space is surrounded by plants and trees, making it one of our favorite stays in Kerala. Paul even prepared us beautiful breakfast during our stay. Overall, a beautiful experience, would love to stay here another time!

Lovely small boutique guesthouse, very comfortable bed. Design is minimalistic, exactly my taste, but some people might miss a place to hang their clothes in the room or towels in the bathroom.
The country boat cruise was initially quoted at 1,500 INR and changed the same afternoon to 2,000 INR due to holiday pricing. It was fine in the end, but future guests may want to reconfirm prices in writing.

We enjoyed being part of a piece of kerala's history and how tastefully the erstwhile godown has been renovated into a cozy haven. Delicious homemade appams were the icing on the cake and Paul was very accommodative of our newborn baby.
Wish we would do something about the mosquito situation, but being kerala, I know there isn't much we can do.
