The villa is located in Fuente del Baden which is a small and quiet development of detached villas next to El Capistrano Village. The villa is perfect for self-catering holidays with a well equipped kitchen with all you would expect including electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, air fryer and ample storage space. There is a Webber BBQ for al fresco dining on the terrace. If you fancy eating out the nearest restaurants and bars are a ten minute stroll or you can sample some of the many restaurants in the centre of town which are within a thirty minute walk or 5-10 minutes by car. There is also a local bus service running every hour from bus stops either on the main road or from Capistrano village. Burriana beach is a twenty minute walk or five minutes by car. Nearby, and within walking distance are other bars and restaurants, the paddle tennis club and two large supermarkets.

The villa has three double bedrooms all of which have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a veranda and an en suite bathroom. The open plan living area has a lounge with log burning stove. The dining area has a table which sits six people. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace. The smart TV in the lounge provides a range of English and Spanish Freeview channels, a video club with a selection of films and boxed sets, and selection of radio channels.

Outside the terrace looks out on to the private pool where you can relax on one of the sunbeds or take a dip in the pool. From the poolside you can admire the view over the open land to the sea beyond.

We also have a roof terrace in the front garden for early evening drinks, with lovely views both of the mountains behind and the coastline to the front.
In the front of the villa there is a garden and car port for off road parking behind the entrance gates to the property.

Malaga airport to the villa takes approximately 45 minutes. A bus runs from Malaga to Nerja. Buses also run from Nerja to Torre del Mar, Frigiliana, the Caves of Nerja and Almunecar.

Nerja is a fantastic central location. The Sierra Almijara Mountains behind Fuente del Baden are a National Park with great walks and views. The famous Caves of Nerja are a very short distance, and are some of the most spectacular in Spain.

Frigiliana is a short drive away, a typical whitewashed village set high in the mountains, with good restaurants, market and gift shops. A visit to the Alhambra Palace at Granada is a must (although it is essential to book a day or two in advance). There are golf courses within a short drive, and water-sports on the beach.

Our Managing Agents are located in the reception area of Capistrano village which is a ten minute walk from the villa (or short drive). They are open all year round. They maintain the villa on our behalf, and they will address any problems which occur during your stay. They can also help with excursions and any general information needs you may have.
