About this cottage rental
A refurbished detached villa in an imposing, yet quiet, location in the principal Capistrano development of El Capistrano Village. There is car parking (non-reserved) immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant and bar are a few minutes' walk away.
This property has been totally refitted to a high standard with new furniture and brand new kitchen and bathrooms, whilst also maintaining some of the original Capistrano furniture in the bedrooms. The villa has a large open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), which leads onto a large sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a portable BBQ, and from there, steps take you down to the private garden.
On the ground (entrance) floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which also share a terrace which is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. The bedrooms share a spacious shower room. The house also benefits from a large roof terrace with wonderful views.
Capistrano Village has two large communal pools, with separate toddler pools. By the pool area there is a restaurant as well as the Cave Bar which also serves food, and a pool-side kiosk serving food & drinks during the day.

We loved staying here, Nerja itself and the neighbourhood have a good ambient and are well located. The nearest beach is a 25 minute walk away, but bear in mind that it is downhill so get ready to walk uphill back Home! The bedrooms were nice however the downstairs bedroom didnt have drapes and all the light could come in in the morning waking you up and it didnt have AC either, but it did have a fan. When we brought up the drapes problem Juliet and the office staff were quick to help us and find a solution. The upstairs bathroom did have a weird smell like sewage. Besides that the house is great, full of space and well equiped both in the kitchen with multiple appliances and even stuff to take to the beach like chairs and games. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would reccommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Juliet's Villa. This was the second time we've stayed here, as the accommodation and Village are perfect for our family of 5! The Villa has plenty of room for us and our 3 adult/teenage kids! Especially the outdoor space, having several terraces and a lovely garden. Capistrano Village is beautiful, set in stunning grounds with a lovely communal pool and bar area! Also a great location for exploring Nerja town and the Burriana beach area.Juliet is so helpful and her communication is brilliant.
