Villa Alaymar is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol, located in a privileged area with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Its design blends Andalusian charm with modern comforts, offering the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in a peaceful environment, just a short distance from Burriana Beach.
VILLA INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
The villa boasts bright, open spaces designed to make the most of the spectacular sea views.
Upon entering from the street, you are welcomed into a cosy open-plan living and dining area, elegantly decorated in a Mediterranean style. Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood the space and provide direct access to the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.
The living area features a comfortable lounge space, a television, and a fireplace that adds warmth during the cooler months. The dining area seats six guests, making it ideal for sharing meals with family or friends while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
From the living area, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and next to the kitchen, a staircase leads down to the three comfortable and bright bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to a private terrace with sea views. One bedroom features two single beds placed together, while the third bedroom has a 135 cm (small) double bed.
The villa has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of these is an ensuite bathroom.
FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY:
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities such as a washing machine, free WiFi, and international TV channels.
✔ Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the main bedroom. These units have both cooling functions for the summer and heating for the cooler winter months.

The house had all necessary equipment and roomtemperature was fine. Internet was fast and stable.
A better tv would be nice , the old one had very bad sound and one more sofa instead of the two chairs that was not so confortable.
To be able to work from the house there is a need for a small table and a chair.

My stay was incredibly comfortable! The customer service is excellent – they reply super quickly whenever you need something. The houses have spectacular views, the beds are extremely comfy, and I truly enjoyed my time staying at this place with this company. I 100% recommend it!

We were the first to stay in this beautiful villa, and we absolutely loved it. It's located in a very peaceful area with stunning views and just a short walk from the beach. There's also a supermarket in the area, which is incredibly convenient. You’ll find plenty of parking space in the street.
The villa is very well distributed in both floors, fully equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back!
