Great location and value for money

Staff were amazing and helpful. In particular Fabienne Bruno and Maryne. Who helped with check in and things to do and see in the area. And prepared a plate of oysters we bought at the local farmers market. Which they said they wouldn't normally do. We thought they would just open them as they had the correct knifes but they prepared a bed of seaweed for the oysters and gave us a lemon.

Walls a little thin but nothing dreadful. And the haman was way to hot for both of us. We felt like a lobsters being cooked!

Great location and lovely restaurant

The location is nice, the restaurant is good and busy with local people too not only tourists. Room was nice we had a free upgrade with a balcony with the sea view.

It was a bit confusing to park with the car the first time.

Great location. Good food and very friendly and efficient staff.

If you’ve booked through bookings.com they charge you for use of the spa facilities. I guess, given the commission they have to pay, that’s understandable but €10 for just 45 minutes seems unreasonable. Also, at €20 a night for parking they’re somewhat taking micky.

Breakfast costs extra but very good, lots of choice. Hotel room very lovely with amazing seaview and balcony. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ate dinner in the hotel both nights. Hotel lift very useful for my husband. Tourist advice also very helpful, tourist train and Sunday market.

Parking at the hotel was very expensive. Found free parking elsewhere. Otherwise a perfect 2 day stay.

Enjoyable stay

The room was quiet after the kitchen shut about 1030 but even before that it was not excessive. The bed was comfortable and the kettle and fridge were a nice addition. The room was big, although the ones with sea view are smaller. Lady on reception was very helpful speaking good English, the one on check out didn’t have as much English but she tried hard to help me with my French

Parking was a little walk which as I had said I had a disabled person with me was a little inconvenient. But if asked for when booking a closer parking spot maybe possible. As there is one at the back of the hotel.

Poor value for money, needs attention.

The staff were super friendly and the location is the best.

I find this hard to answer as I want to be constructive and yet not disloyal to the super friendly and helpful staff. The reality was the hotel was tired and did not meet expectations and fell short of being value for money. A few points worthy of note: My room was at the end of the building (132) and the walk to room was partly in darkness. They have auto lights that require the guest to activate the light each time via a switch on the wall as they walk down the corridor. These light switches are backlit so you can see them. I learnt this quickly as part of the journey had to be in darkness as the first switch was not immediately accessible. Out side my room the bulb had gone (pic), making the key hard to fit in to the lock. The room itself was OK. The TV must be c.10+ years old and was c.3m to the left if the bed on the a sideboard/dressing table (pic). I had to move the TV so I could see it from the bed. It had no modern app/channels or modern access to Apps for watching English speaking channels. The air con was non-existent and circulated the warm air. The first night was too warm and I could not adjust the temp (pic). I sought help the next day and two members of staff couldn't resolve it either and I spent the second night too warm. I paid for air con... and didn't get it. There was one spare plug socket for charging anything. The others were occupied with lights and TV/Phone lines. The staff lent me a charger which I used in a bedside light socket. The bathroom was old and tired. The door was starting to rot at the bottom (pic) and there was a blackening of the bottom of the shower door (pic). The room was clean, but the housekeeping was poor. I didn't get any refills to my used bottles of complimentary shower gels, the old one was left for me the next day. The used towel was still there the next day (pic), albeit a new one had been delivered. Not a problem but indicative of the lack of attention detail. Overall, a shame.

Our 1st night was in a specially requested "quiet "room not facing the beach front. Unfortunately multiple problems with bath, shower toilet etc all in poor condition.. We were thetefore upgraded to an excellent room with view on the top.floor. A complementary breakfast would have been nice too, but guess you cant have everything. Rest of stay very pleasant . Breakfasts overpriced though.. Spa ok ..water in Jacuzzi could be warmer.. Overall a nice place to stay but needs some repairs!!

We booked the room with a sea view, but they didn’t clean the balcony, which wasn’t pleasant. There isn't any air conditioner in the room and in hot weather it is difficult to sleep during night.

Change the beds get rid of powdered scrambled eggs and breakfast was very expensive

I think they need to get rid of powdered scrambled eggs as they were horrible to eat. on the photos there were fried eggs we didn’t see them. also restaurant was not open for evenings food

The bed was really uncomfortable if you have a bad back don’t go there .

A very pleasant short stay hotel in Carnac- loved the nearness of the beach opposite and having a drink in the hotel’s b

The location- opposite the beach; nearness to restaurants/bars/ shops; car park; public areas were tastefully decorated in a modern design; the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The decor of the room was a bit tired; the bathroom fittings were dated; the bar next door on the sea-front was very noisy at night and as there was no air-con, couldn’t close the windows to shut out the noise.

You have to pay in advance before your stay ,then on arrival they take a prepayment of 90 euros in case there was any damage. There was nothing in the room that looked worth 90 euros.The toilet seat was very loose and the shower was over the bath very close to an electric wall light .There was no shower curtain

Bad stay. Stay somewhere else!

Nothing! We booked based on a 3-star rating and the beautiful photos on Booking.com. What a complete disappointment. The room smelled like sewage, the lamp shade was all broken, the bathroom fixtures were from the 1950's. It was freezing in the room and we had to sleep with our clothes on.

The whole place is very sketchy and gave us the creeps. My wife called it Amityville horror. On top of all that, there was no electricity the next morning starting around 7:15am and we couldn't take a shower (no water pressure) and we couldn't get out of the gated parking lot. It took about 1 hour which affected our travel plans to Belle-île en mer. The place look no where near the pictures shown on their website.

Slightly aged look, could use renovation. Price for rooms, breakfast and Parking quite high. During our stay (local Summer holidays) a group of young people made party every night at the beach, directly in front of the hotel and made a lot of noise all night (until 5am). It was only possible to sleep with windows closed (luckily it was not too warm at night, as there is no a/c in the rooms) and earplugs. Apparently the hotel staff is trying to do something against this but does not get much support from the local police. The staff did not mention anything without being asked nor offered any compensation or price reduction.

View from room. Location! Bed quality… that is about it!

Noise outside the hotel every night until 5 am. The hotel management did not seem to think its customers were entitled to sleep. Windows could not be opened without the noise from the street to become unbearable. Even with closed windows you had to wear earplugs. Then, the room was too warm! Lose-lose situation! Hair drier did not work. There was a musty smell on the lobby floor that was not very attractive! The only parking available was ca. 100 yards away with no permission by management to unload car nearer the hotel entrance (although this was clearly doable).

Great stay at the beach!

The hotel has a great location and faces the beach. Everything was very clean and well kept. Due to Corona, breakfast was not served as a buffet but rather brought to the table - we were missing nothing (juice, eggs, fruits, etc all there). A great stay!

Demande de grand lit double et nous avons eu deux petits lits séparés accolés l’un à l’autre et on s’est retrouvé avec un trou au petit matin! Service bar très moyen mal reçus à notre retour après dîner.
