The location is great, close to Termini train station and also many restaurants and supermarkets. Still, the room is facing a quiet courtyard, so no disturbing noise from anywhere. There was also a former kitchen where it was possible to borrow a kettle and some cups.
The former kitchen was a complete mess. It would have been better to equip the rooms with kettles and cups instead of borrowing from the kitchen, and even better to restore the previous kitchen to a functioning kitchen again.

Although it’s a shady area the location of the hotel is ideal because it’s close to most sites and tourists interest. They also tidy up our room which was nice. Checking was pretty straightforward. Friendly staff.
Very strange setup feels like you are in the 1950s. Very run down and old. It’s inside of a building block.
