Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was also very convenient. A special heartfelt thank you to Filippo for his kindness, attention, and hospitality. He prepared everything perfectly for our arrival and was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We truly appreciated his care and professionalism. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to other guests.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood in the vicinity of the historic center, a few minutes walk from the metro station Bologna and the train station Tiburtina, Park and shops easily accessible on foot. Room was cleaned daily and the owner was very helpful.

We could hear sounds from the adjacent room. The walls could use acoustic insulation. The air quality when you enter the facility is not great. The facility could use better ventilation. However the room itself has a window to the outdoors that you can open for fresh air.

In principle a nice location not so far from city center. To termini station it’s a 50min walk. Friendly owner, who was trying minimize the overnight troubles coming from a nearby pub as much as he could. That’s why we give more credits to the booking.com ranking than the stay deserves.

No sleep over night. We had the two room apartment with one window looking to the front of the house. It was next to the main door. Almost every night we had troubles with drunken, smoking and/or loud people outside, sitting directly at the entrance to the apartment. Main issue: window or its frame wasn’t isolated at all. We had all the smoke and noises inside in our apartment as well. Sometimes we woke up due to smoke, other times due to extreme loud noises. Once we had to cancel an appointment in the morning because we were not able to get up early enough. Although the host was kind and understanding the issue, we cannot recommend the apartment at its current state.
