The room does not have a „do not disturb“ sign and internet connection was not available to some area in a room.

Pretty old middle-class hotel

i was there quite early, and my room wasn't ready, which is obviously. but the reception man gave me another room, and i could start a work. there was breakfast, included in price. location is cool: it is almost the city center

all the facilities were old. the breakfast was ending way too early. there is no place in "bathroom". if you sit on the toilet, your legs are abuting the door. i can't imagine how incovinient it could be if I'd be taller or bigger. to take a shower it have to wait up to ten minutes to get a hot water.

A good stay, worth the money, good location 18 min by car from Koblenz.

The room was spacious and modern furnished. The toilet was separated from the bathroom. The room was extremely clean. The balcony was facing the river , with its walking area. The location was good, Many restaurants around. A small walk from a nice historical center. Parking in front the hotel 0,80 cents per hour, free parking from 19 hrs everyday, including Sunday and Holidays. However the parking space is small.

In the booking reservation breakfast was optional to book at the hotel. However the hotel did not accept this option. We were told that since the reservation did not include the breakfast, breakfast on demand option was not possible. That was rather unusual and surprising.

Lovely stay to end a walking holiday.

Lovely location on the river Rhein. Very nice clean room. A good breakfast was served in the morning. The owners kindly let us leave our bags for a few hours whilst we went for a walk in the city.

The amount of space in the toilet and shower room could be a bit better,

Zum Glück kein Frühstück gehabt! Hatte einen Kaffee nur bestellt!! Wie von Oma ,aus dem Filterautomat! Der obere Stock ,aus Kostengründen zu !! Besitzer werden bald schließen müssen,schade Top Lage!!

Habe meinen Freund aus seinem Zimmer schnarchen hören,obwohl er im linken und wir im rechten Etagen Flügel und uns das Treppenhaus trennte… Um in die Dusche einzusteigen musste ich 30cm mein Bein heben,also 2. Treppen Stufen!! Habe mir auch beim zweiten Mal dam Schienbein wehgetan..🥶

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Schöne Lage. Preisgünstig. Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden.

Sehr lauter Aufzug, dieser wird aber nachts abgestellt. Von daher also ok. Sehr enge Nasszelle.

Empfehlenswert!

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel liegt recht zentral an der Promenade und wenn man - wie ich - ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Rheinblick bekommt, ist es einfach genial. Es hat den Charme eines alten Kurhotels, genauso wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und es wird noch täglich geputzt und die Handtücher werden noch täglich gewechselt. Die Inhaber sind total nett und Frühstückswünsche werden gern erfüllt. Es gibt frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte.

Wenn ich überhaupt etwas anmerken könnte, hätte ich mir noch Fliegengitter gewünscht, um nachts das Fenster ohne Mückenbefall öffnen zu können. Das ist aber dann auch schon wirklich nur eine Anmerkung

Top-Lage, Zimmer sehr ok.

- Das Frühstück war zu spärlich, wenig Auswahl. Alles scheint abgezählt bzw, wenn etwas aus ist, gibt's z.T. keinen Nachschub. - Das Zimmer hatte bei Ankunft 28 Grad Celsius. Bei Hitze sollte der Raum tagsüber mit Gardinen abgedunkelt und die Fenster geschlossen werden. - Kein Stadtplan von oder Infos über Andernach vorhanden.

Sehr schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Rhein.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir wurden nach unseren Wünschen gefragt und alles was machbar war, wurde erfüllt. Eine sehr freundliche Chefin und ein sehr freundlicher Chef. Man fühlt sich hier sehr willkommen.

Für kurzen Stadtaufenthalt durchaus empfehlenswert!

Der Check-In hat wie beschrieben reibungslos geklappt. Frühstück habe ich zusätzlich einmal bestellt, sehr gutes Frühstück (für 13 Euro). Das Zimmer war im rückwärtigen Teil des Hotels, dadurch keine schöne Aussicht, dafür aber gute Nachtruhe. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel an einem Park am Rhein gelegen, sehr zentrale Lage, das Wichtige (inklusive Bahnhof) gut fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt war ich eigentlich mit allem zufrieden. Zimmer ist recht spartanisch ausgestattet. So gesehen finde ich den Preis pro Übernachtung etwas zu hoch (allerdings ist Andernach ein touristisches Zentrum und das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen).

Sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Service. Lage direkt am Rhein und nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr alt und in schlechtem Zustand. Der Investitionsstau ist in diesem Hotel beträchtlich.

Behagelig roligt sted med flot udsigt over Rhinen både fra værelse og spisestue.

Morgenmaden var virkelig god. Beliggenheden var fantastisk skøn ,helt ned til Rhinen.
