Excellent little hotel and fabulous staff who went out of their way to make us welcome .

Breakfast consisted of bread, pastries, fruit, cereal and also cooked options. You could have as much as you like.

The decor is more of an older style. I’m sure it can do with a revamp. I’m also not certain how their plumbing is done since the bedroom smelled of urine and is is not very pleasant

The staff was generally very friendly, the pool was nice and the hotel had direct connection to the canal that leads to the ocean, so it was convenient for trips to the island. It had a gym, which I didn't expect. Breakfast was very good, specially their pao de queijo and tapiocas.

Their serving time for lunch was very slow. Also, on one of our lunches, my wife asked for a burger and midway we realized it had SEVERAL hairs inside. It was very gross and we did not really understand how so many male hairs could've gotten in there. We don't think it was intentional, but maybe they dropped the bread or the burger and picked it up from the floor. They didn't charge us for it, but we also did not get a formal apology or an explanation.

everything really good. room very high quality, big space, swimming pool, sauna, really nice, breakfast 10/10 very good place to relax, quiet, nature, beach nearby, bicycles. only you need to go there by car, is far away from Angra city just if area is ok, the place is a 10/10

The staff (particularly the man serving breakfast) were super nice! The bedroom was very lovely, breakfast too. We went there off season, and there was nothing going on in the area, but it was an experience to see all the mansions with their yachts.

They were having issues with the hot water, so I had to take two cold showers there, which was a bit annoying.

the water in the pool was oily. The breakfast was poor (no buffet). The photos on the site are false. The rooms are small. The restaurant does not have the dishes pictured. The hotel is not as luxurious as you would think. We felt a bit cheated because it is an expensive hotel.

Was a perfect relaxed day and night. Everything was surprisingly nice (pool, food, sleeping).

We had good food, enjoyed the pool and had a very good sleep. Perfect stopped on a road trip from SP to Rio.

Disappointing

The hotel is located within a very nice residential condominium, surrounded by green and water channels. Very beautiful landscape.

Bed and bed sheets too old and smelly, there was construction happening which was disturbing, and overall the hotel staff did not meet COVID-19 mask-wearing and other cleaning protocols.

A estadia que poderia ter sido maravilhosa... só que não

Embora não haja praia no local (é necessário deslocar-se para isso), a localização é boa para quem quer fazer um passeio de barco. Possui boa academia e boa sauna. Piscina é boa e bem iluminada, mas têm poucas espreguiçadeiras diante do número de hóspedes.

Café da manhã deixa a desejar (muito pobre). O quarto precisa de manutenção urgente. Reclamei de um enorme vazamento no Box (inundava o banheiro e ia para o quarto), o que foi resolvido com a troca de aposento. O hotel decaiu muito, principalmente no quesito restaurante. Este era sofisticado no passado (conheci anos atrás); os pratos eram elaborados e com sabor delicado. Atualmente o menu é pífio; com pouquíssimas opções e todas de pratos simples. E mesmo assim, o sabor é sofrível. Nem os petiscos se salvam. Os garçons se esforçam, são simpáticos, mas são evidentemente despreparados do ponto de vista técnico. O estacionamento é superlotado e não comporta tantos veículos grandes para manobra. O preço é absurdamente alto pelo pouco que é oferecido.
