Of the three apartments, there was only the possibility of parking for two of them, so we were left without parking. Breakfast service 400 meters away in the annex hotel. Apartment too small for 4 people (2 children)

Dissapointing

Unfortunately we found only the following acceptable things about the accomodation. Ada in the reception was super friendly at the time of the check in/out and before, she answered my message so fast. Breakfast was delicious and there were lot to choose, real Italian taste, we liked it.

We didn’t like it at all. The photos of the room was well taken, but reality was dissapointing. It wasn’t clean enough, it was dark, smelled moldy and was noisy caused by the neighbours upstairs and by the cars and pedestrians just before the building.

WE WHERE EXPECTING A KITCHEN , BUT THERE WAS ONLY A MIKROWAVE , A KETTLE AND A FRIDGE . IT WAS WRITTEN . BUT WE THOUGHT ITS A DISCRIPTION OF WHAT THERE IS INSIDE THE KITCHEN. THE BREAKFAST IS 400 METERS FROM THE ROOM (WE KNEW IT BEFORE )

The offer at the breakfast is very good, the pool is at the top with a pool bar and a nice view of the lake. the staff is nice.

Keys pick up at one location, room at the other. Breakfast again- at the first location. Free public parking, but you have to circle around the block to find it. NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM!!!

Good location and ideal place to stay if you want to get a balance of eating out and basic cooking. Local shops nearby and bikes to hire. easy walking distance to the lake

Lovely people and great appartment.

Location was great, very quiet and private but still close to everything. Appartment has everything you need to cook, except for spices and butter. The hosts were very kind.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. That's the only remark we have.

Najlepsze śniadania w całych Włoszech i bliskość jeziora Garda 😍

Przede wszystkim, hotel oferuje najwspanialsze śniadania pod słońcem! Do tego przemiła obsługa - i w restauracji, i na recepcji. Blisko do centrum miasta i nad jezioro, wygodne łóżko, w kuchni i łazience wszystko, co trzeba.

Jedyny, ale dosyć uciążliwy minus to odgłosy z apartamentu nad nami. Goście nie byli hałaśliwi, ale podłoga głośno skrzypiała, słyszeliśmy każdy krok o każde przesunięcie krzesła nad głowami.

Un manager hautain, puant avec les clients et méprisant ses salarié, cela gâche un séjour

Petit déjeuner est excellent et serveur adorable.

Des poils par terre et dans la salle de bain A peine sur le lit a 22h30 pris d une crise allergique au poil de chat. Je demande a changer de chambre, réponse "Appelez un autre hôtel" A force d insister un 'manager' et une dame de chambre vienne. Ce monsieur est puant au propre comme au figuré. Morceaux choisis "nous dirons certainement à la dame de chambre de ne pas revenir, elle est incompétente et puis vous comprenez, ce ne sont pas des ingénieurs" "Si vous êtes allergiques, choisissez mieux vos hôtels" J oubliais, sur l aspect propreté il n en avait rien à faire., J'ajoute en commentaire le message de l'hotel : au lieu de savoir ce qui s'est passé, il me menacent de poursuite judiciaires. AU TOP POUR LES CLIENTS!!! Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe für umsonst. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit weg vom Strand.

Die Sauberkeit der Räume hätte meines Erachtens besser sein können. Es gab keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Die Duschkabine war etwas verschimmelt und man konnte die Tür sehr schlecht schließen. Die Betten waren nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft.

Studio nur für zwei Personen und nur für eine Nacht, nichts für eine Familie.

Das Frühstück ist perfekt, eine tolle Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.

Das sogenannte Studio wird zwar für vier Personen angeboten, ist allerdings nur für zwei Personen ausgelegt. Es handelt sich bei dem Studio um ein ganz normales Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Auf der Couch befindet sich ein Aufsatzstock Bett, das aber nur für Kinderzimmer, da viel zu klein. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Tisch, aber nur mit einem Stuhl daher kann man als Familie dort nicht sitzen. Außen befindet sich auch ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, auch dort kann man als Familie nicht sitzen. Leider war auch die Sauberkeit nicht so wie erwartet. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Haare vom Vorgänger, der Außenbereich wurde weder gekehrt, noch wurden die Tische abgewischt.

Gute Lage für Kurzurlaub

Das Frühstück im Hotel Alfieri war ausgezeichnet in der Qualität und der Vielfalt. Wir konnten ebenfalls den Swimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse des Hotels mitbenutzen. Das Appartement liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Haltestelle für den Shuttle Bus nach Sirmione. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ausgestattet mit einem Wasserkocher, einer Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und einer Mikrowelle. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Für ein Appartement fehlte mir in der Einrichtung die Möglichkeit selber zu kochen. Es gibt keinen Herd, kein Geschirr und kein Besteck. So mussten wir trotzdem jedesmal nach draussen gehen, wenn wir etwas essen wollten. Es gibt kein Bügeleisen im Appartement. Das war zwar nicht explizit in der Beschreibung erwähnt aber es wäre praktisch gewesen. Das Sofa lässt sich in ein doppelstöckiges Bett umbauen. Es ist aber nicht wirklich bequem darauf zu schlafen. Für unsere Tochter war es aber OK.
