Mia's House on Lake Garda

La casa situata in un punto dove non c'è stato più bisogno di utilizzare la macchina ottimo direi pulitissima e molto accogliente i propietari estremamente gentili grazie ancora per il tempo in più consigliatissimo❤️

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in perfect working order. We managed to fit our mid-sized SUV into the courtyard without any issues, and the private garden is a real gem—it truly adds to the charm of the property. ​The location is geographically perfect for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding areas.

​A couple of minor suggestions: the guest manual could use more detailed information regarding trash recycling, local restaurant recommendations, and nearby activities. We also had the circuit breaker trip a couple of times when using the microwave, and there was no kettle during our stay (as the previous guests had broken it and it hadn't been replaced yet). ​However, these are very minor details compared to everything this home has to offer. We highly recommend it!

Sehr sauberes Haus in guter Lage, ruhiges Quartier, nette Nachbarn oben, die schönen Urlaub wünschten. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Betreuerin Mihaela.

It was a quiet, relatively calm place, with no disturbance around, considering the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda. Reasonably convenient in terms of walking 3-4 kms to Sirmione Central or around 500 mts to the closest restaurant and supermarket.

The host should be better prepared, keeping the location in mind. There was no way to book a local cab, and the bus stops are very confusing for first-time visitors. Especially if someone wants to get to the station early in the morning or travel into the interior of Sirmione. We reached out to her for guidance, but she couldn't help. More importantly, what freaked us out was that we had a non-refundable booking, and she changed the date to next week without our consent. Now we have a fixed itinerary, and we are travelling to Brescia, Milan, and Florence, so we can't change it randomly. I had to reach out to her directly and through Booking.com to reinstate the old itinerary and that was a bit of a shocker for us.
