The property is very secluded and private. Clean and has everything you need.

A little noisy at first but you get use to it. Not really a problem, my only negative I can think of.

Beautiful set up, great location and staff were lovely!

Shower was tucked in the bathroom behind the door which wasn’t the best but definitely could be worse.

The villa is quite spacious, and the host was leaving us bottles of water everyday (which really helped when you are coming late and don't want to go to the supermarket just to get water. It has a nice swimming pool, and the beds are big and comfortable. The host was very responsive, and welcoming. There is a well-known supermarket just around the corner which is very helpful when you want to get some essentials. However, it is very expensive as it is like an international supermarket. There is a great spa as well, called "as.mara". Do yourself a favour and get a massage and mani and pedicure done! There is also a laundry place that was excellent!

We had an issue with the A/C at the beginning, which the host fixed the next day (but my partner and my kid had to sleep in a different accommodation provided by the host for one night - which was outside of the villa). Still the A/C wasn't really working like it should, but we were okey. The water pressure is very low, and the showers are next to the toilet so it does get a bit wet everywhere. No shampoo, conditioner or hand towels and beach towels provided (not that is an issue if you are travelling with yours, but just need to be aware). Location is very noisy. There is a supermarket just around the corner where there is a staff member with a whistle every time a car needs to get in and out of it to control traffic. And it seems like a main road, so there is a lot of movement. You will need to take a Grab or taxi to the beach, but is not expensive.
