Kubu Dimel Suites and Villas Resort

This place is absolutely beautiful! It’s the little details that really make the difference. As soon as you walk through the door, you’re welcomed by the lovely smell of incense, fresh flowers throughout the property, and beautifully maintained plants and small trees that create such a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring, friendly and attentive. They even organised complimentary buggy transfers to and from the beach for us every day, which was such a lovely touch. The on-site restaurant is also fantastic, with delicious food at very fair and reasonable prices. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into this place. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

While it wasn't a big issue and didn't affect our sleep, the air conditioning could be improved, as it took quite a long time to cool the room down. The bathroom in the standard room also lacks natural ventilation, although this is well compensated for by the fact that it is thoroughly cleaned every day. Overall, these were just minor details and didn't take away from our lovely experience.

The villa was well laid out, clean, the pool was beautiful and clean and staff very accomodating

The water feature was very noisy

Very good value for money. It fit us well for the short stay. Recommended

It's a cosy little homestay type place, lots of greenery and water features which are really nice. The location is great with loads of massage places, restaurants, shops and ATM's around. An easy walk to Nusa Dua beach although they do provide a free shuttle service to the beach as well. We stayed in a deluxe room - very comfortable bed and a superbly appointed bathroom with shower and tub. However, while everything was great, we were on the ground floor of the bungalow and there is 0 soundproofing. You can hear every step, every creak of the floor, and every bit of running water. Voices from upstairs and next door carry into the room. Great if you are in a group and have all 4 rooms in the 2 bungalows, but noisier than is wanted when you're travelling as a couple.

Too noisy - everything from the room upstairs can be heard loud and clear! Moving luggage, furniture, footsteps, showers, voices, etc...
