Very clean, the villa, the pool. And the BEST thing for us was that NO GECKO was inside the room. In bathroom was one small but only 2-3 times, not everyday. Also just in one day we saw outside one bug (lady from reception explained that they appear when is very hot day - rains - again very hot) but we had a spray against it. The staff very friendly and kind.

Beautiful little oasis after a very long journey (24 hrs travel) with welcoming staff.

I liked the whole experience. Very welcoming staff, very comfortable room. We ate a meal on arrival and had breakfast before departing. Would happily stay here again and would highly recommend.

Peaceful, friendly, welcoming place.

From the moment we arrived there was a warm welcome. The room was very homely and clean. The up keep of this remained our whole stay. Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere and the environment within pool and surrounding areas was very peaceful.

Everything .. it’s quiet all the time (although sometimes can hear dogs barking) but no cars , no scooters . The rooms and communal area is very nice and clean

The bathroom could use a bit of improvement in terms of cleaning . Maybe my OCD talking , but I think the products that are using are not that efficient and can be done better

OK stay but wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the main street, so it is very quiet. The rooms are a bit small but quite comfortable, I had been sleeping very well. Also the hotel is well decorated so the atmosphere is very pleasant, especially at night. The pool is a very nice place to hang out too, water was clean and warm. The beach at Nusa Dua is a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast could be purchased for around £5 per meal, it was OK but there was good choice of options. Quite a few spots for food/massage around, but overall not a very busy area which was good for us.

We were staying in room 113 and we had a cockroach come in 3 nights in a row. We had to demand to be moved to a different room, the staff was reluctant but after arguing they moved us. Overall staff was helpful but not very pleasant to deal with, I felt like I had to argue to get things like moving to a different room or getting cash back when we discovered someone else charged a meal onto our room. One night there was an electrical fault nearby so the hotel had no electricity, there was no backup, I stayed up until 1am because I could not fall asleep without aircon. Also water got turned off - we had neighbours who arrived from a flight and couldn't take a shower.

An absolute paradise!!!

Second visit to this paradise. We stayed in Room 107 because it has beautiful view of the gardens. Brilliant place to stay away from the usual bland hotels of Nusa Dua. Set just off the main road, a small intimate place with around 20 rooms and two lovely lumbung villas in the grounds. There is nothing I would change, this place has it all. Great spotlessly clean rooms set in wonderful tranquil gardens. Lovely pool are with massage hut and small intimate on site cafe. They have a small gold buggy / bus which takes you to the beach. Comfy beds, Netflix, bathrobes, in room snacks. Free hot and cool water dispenser, laundry 10 meters from entrance, free use of pedal bikes. Ten minute walk to the beach. Wonderful gem of a place!!!

Great food at the restaurant. Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere created by the pool and the many plants. Lying by the pool relaxing drinking a coffee was a little paradise. Rooms Very clean and staff very helpful.

Beautiful place

The hotel is fantastic. We got the best rooms with a view of the pool. The garden is beautiful and constantly maintained. It is a great place to relax because it is quiet and green. The staff is very kind and discreet.

The most beautiful place you can choose to stay in Bali.

Everything! Everything was outstanding. Staff was super friendly, nice, professional, ready to help in any kind of situation. Rooms and the villa itself not enough to say were spotless and so beautiful… Some days we wouldn’t want to leave the property as it was too pretty to go somewhere. However, if you decide to go to the beach they provide you with a free shuttle bus. Also, there is a warung inside of the Villa, where the food was so delicious. Overall, we liked EVERYTHING about the property.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, were excellent and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!

A tropical oasis that was within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, all for a reasonable price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was small, but perfectly comfortable and with everything we needed. Excellent selection of breakfast options. Beautiful gardens and pool. We loved our stay here. Thank you.

Good value

Very friendly host, nice quiet location. They provide a shuttle to the beach and to two other locations.

There is hot water in the shower but no hot water in the sink faucet. I need hot water for shaving. No proper lighting in the bathroom, specially in the bathroom mirror. There are two bulbs in the ceiling but I see mainly shadows when I use the mirror, it’s not very helpful during shaving. I like to see bright lights for viewing in the mirror.

An amazing value- compared to the Santika which is right around the corner it’s a much more personal stay and the space

It was so beautiful and the staff were so lovely.

Was not at the main hotel location (a 5 minute walk away) which wasn’t as ideal but it was still very nice and they were available to come pick you up and drive you to the main location. The shower did not have hot water but it’s warm out so I didn’t mind too much!

Amazing stay!

The space is very beautiful, with many plants and decoration. The comfort is comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Although we didn’t book with breakfast, the hotel has a restaurant and we can go have breakfast and have other meals. The food is tasty! All the employees were super friendly and always with a smile on their face.

Great place. We stayed in a villa with a pool. Everything matches the photo. Slippers, robes, towels (including beach towels) are there. Transfer to the beach and back is available upon request via WhatsApp, but it is better to write to the reception in advance, as the driver may be absent. The villa is clean, the kitchen has a minimum set of dishes, a toaster, a microwave. Cleaning every 2 days. Near the villa there are many cafes (menu for every taste), shops, a fairly large supermarket Coco. We definitely recommend staying here.

The room with two separate beds is poorly ventilated. The door handle broke on the first day and was not repaired.

Clean, very central a little overpriced

Very centrally located and quite trendy interior. Pool was good and breakfast was very good. Cleaning and restaurant staff very pleasant.

A very steep staircase to our bungalow which could be dangerous in wet weather. If you stay here ask to stay downstairs. I found the receptionist more concerned on money - charging us for using a credit card - we have not encountered that in the whole time in Bali especially since it was a couple of nights accomodation. The rooms were well presented but very small. They have a mini bar but costly compared to what you pay in supermarket.

Disgusting place to stay. Not returning to Bali after this

Absolutely nothing. Unclean place

After a 4 hour car trip to get to Nusa Dua, the reception staff tell us we can only have a villa by the pool if we pay extra. This was not what was advertised and we felt wronged as we had booked the image online which showed a villa and pool. The alternative villa they put us in was a 10 minute walk away in the slums of Nusa Dua with a pack of scary dogs guarding the gate each time you entered, a sad dog in a cage outside and a loud rooster waking you up every morning. The fake grass laid out the front smelt like animal excrement especially in the humidity and the bathroom had no ventilation/window/fan which proved disgusting during a period of Bali belly. The toilet also broke after the period of Bali belly and we had to get someone in to fix it during a period of illness. We did not feel safe or clean here. If you want an enjoyable stay, you’re better off staying in one of the resorts.

Authentic and great location at an amazing price

This property is just on the other side of the road from the flash hotels of Nysa Dua. It has many spas, convenience stores and good restaurants close by. It is 15 min walk to beach but has beautiful pool at the hotel. Breakfast was great, staff lovely and with only around 20 rooms it was ideal size. Great value for money.
