Lovely little home stay.

Great little home stay, slightly hidden from the road. Lovely pool area to relax in the afternoon after a busy day. Close to some great Warungs. Thank you for having us!

Great place in wrong area, Nusa Dua has no soul.

Everything was fine, good size room, great air con. Nice pool.

Breakfast was average at best and no pancakes didn’t help. We didn’t like Nusa Dua, full of faceless big hotels, could be any beach anywhere. Not the fault of Kubu Green which is a lovely small apartment block, just a heads up to know not to bother with Nusa Dua. If you want to feel like you are in Bali stay somewhere that is not Nusa Dua.

Calm and peaceful stay 🙌🏻

This property is a gem. Very calm, peaceful. The breakfast in the morning was a nice addition and the staff members were so helpful and polite. Special thanks to Kadek for helping us with our bike and always being positive and nice . It only has 6 rooms which makes it feel private and secluded. 10/10 experience, thank you so much 🙏

Great value, nice breakfast, wonderful hosts

Delicious breakfast served to my room each morning. Woke up to a poolside breakfast at my door. Couldn't ask for more. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with anything required.

While there's everything you need in the area, I wouldn't rate it for solo travel. I'd say it's more suited to families. But maybe that's just me. Also, while the beach is very close, it's better for water sports than for swimming.

Highly recommended

Excellent hotel with only a few rooms, very quiet and beautifully maintained, with a pool and small garden. Central location but away from traffic and noise, and within walking distance of the beach. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was spotless and the garden was cared for daily. A wonderful property, far better than the big hotel chains around. Highly recommended!

only stayed the one night before heading to our main hotel. The room was clean, beds comfy, staff lovely, suited our needs for a one night stay. Included breakfast, although basic was absolutely fine for the price of the room

It's a small cozy place with romantic atmosphere.

Very cozy atmosphere. Really liked their breakfasts, the options are few, but they taste good and are served in a very romantic fashion. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly.

As I understand blackouts are a common thing in Bali, so I wouldn't blame this particular hotel in discomfort caused by them. Although I should mention, that during the blackout water pumps are not working too, so you may lack not only electricity, but also water.

Kubu Green is a great place to stay if you want cheap accommodation in Nusa Dua. The pool and outdoor area are lovely and it's walking distance to the beach. There is also a small fridge in the room which was great for keeping drinks cold in the very hot weather! Frankie (our host) was extremely kind and went out of his way to help us out. We had delicious traditional Indonesian breakfast and tropical fruit each morning, which was delicious. Great value for money!

A great place to stay!

Good location (near the beach, various meal options, massage and spa centres etc.) The garden with the pool is just beautiful. The pool is refreshing. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and nice. If you don’t want to stay in beach resorts, this is is a nice place in Nusa Dua!

It was a horrible experience for me and my entire family as we were moved to another sister of theirs. However, the owner of Kubu Hotel Mr Frankie was very humble to apologise and arranged to move us to Pratama hotel including free transport.

The hotel was so dirty and the aircon was hot despite someone came twice to check it. We were unable to sleep the whole night. The whole room was very old, filthy incuding the bath tub is not in good clean condition. It was really a nightmare especially for my daughter as we’ve checked in to hotels many times but this was our first terrible encounter ever staying at this very poor hotel.

Superb

Kubu Green is such a perfect get away in Nusa Dua, so very calm and homey yet close to beaches like Geger. Across the street you will find a water activities center and amazing coastal views. The homestay itself is beautiful, the little garden and pool make it quite cool even on the hottest days, you can use the common kitchen and even have a basic kitchen space inside your room. Internet works well (I did zoom conferences just fine). The staff was so friendly and helpful, as well as thebtiher guests - we spent Nyepi together and it was a really special experience!

The only tiny little thing was that there was a bit of dust on the surfaces when I got to my room and the sheets and towels didnt smell super fresh, but they were absolutely clean and the rest of the facilities as well. So no real complaints - I would go back any time!

The property was nice, rooms were clean however little small but they were good. Staff was really good they let cook our food in their own kitchen.

Only drawback was that there was a kitchen inside the room but it was not accessible since there were no amenities for it. Because we only book this property due to kitchen.
