Convenient location and the owner responded immediately, so I was able to check in quickly
The apartment looks abandoned. There's a rotten sofa outside, and they were hauling full bins of trash that no one knows when they last emptied. The common area is so dirty that you don't even want to go in there or touch anything. The front door barely closes, and so on.
