Cute cottage in a quiet street in Saint Leonards. - Thoughtful notes and instructions meant that we weren’t guessing about operating anything. - Comfortable bed with a toasty warm electric blanket that was very nice for our winter stay. - Well stocked pantry staples that also included cereals for breakfast. - Lovely private garden - even in winter, but I imagine it would be a great place for a balmy summer evening bbq. - Good value

The supplies were amazing. Leaf tea, fruit tubs, shampoo, laundry detergent, bonus voucher for dinner nearby, banana lounge etc, etc Comfort, sun room, clothes drying rack, walk to the beach and shops. We heartily recommend BBC to anyone.

St Leonards is a great location, close to shops, pubs and beach and more.
Everything that we needed was there. It felt comfortable.

Close to beach and Main Street within walking distance . Perfect for a couple or 4 people. Well equipped with everything u need .
Internet wasn’t good wouldn’t be good if u were wanting to work from there. Otherwise if are looking some entertainment u can make do with DVDS supplied to watch a movie or play darts
