This cozy modern 3 bedroom home home is the perfect getaway for couples, families & friends and accommodates up to 6 guests. This three bedroom one bathroom home is located in the centre of St. Leonards with the main street, local supermarket and The Esplanade just a 4 minute drive.

Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 - all feature a queen size bed with high quality matress, premium linen and ample storage.

Bathroom - consists of a bath, shower, basin with mirror and a seperate toilet

Lounge - kick back and relax on the couch while watching your favourite shows on the 65 inch smart T.V

Dining - A large wooden dining table to enjoy those family meals. Seats six.

Kitchen - Modern kitchen includes microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and expresso coffee machine.

Laundry - Includes front loader washing machine for added convenience.

Entire property is for guest use.

We have a strict NO party policy and ask you are considerate of neighbours and other residents.

No excessive noise between the hours of 10pm & 8am.
Please read the following terms of occupancy before booking:


Facilities and Safety:


- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.


Excessive Noise/Nuisance:


- Guests must not create any nuisance or excessive noise causing annoyance to our neighbours. No parties or functions under any circumstances.

- Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour are not acceptable.

- All music must cease by 10.00 pm

- Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 10.00 pm to 8.00 am

- We reserve the right to ask you to leave if one warning for excessive noise or nuisance has been issued


Appliance Usage and Faults:


- Guests must report any issues to us immediately

- We may require access for a contractor or service technician to visit the house as required during the period of your stay.

- No refunds or discount will be granted for unusable appliances or equipment.


Personal Belongings:


- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the individual. We take no responsibility for any loss, damage or breakages incurred to personal belongings during the course of your stay.


Pets:


- Accredited Service Animals excepted with documentation from a medical practitioner/accredited organisation. Pet charge of $80/pet per night (at host`s discretion). Animal guests must leave no trace and are not permitted on the furniture.


Damage, Loss and Injury:


- Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the stay.

- As a guest of the property, you indemnify the owner and agent of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.


Additional Charges:


- Immediate penalty charge of $1000 AUD for contravention of occupancy, party/noise and smoking related house rules.

- Additional penalty charges of $100 AUD/night per guest apply to excess unauthorised visitors/guests

- We reserve the right to request payment for additional expenses resulting from your stay.

- Departure time is strictly 10am, and cleaners will attend at this time.

- The property must be left in a clean condition.
