Very homely, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds, undercover, lockup parking.
The lockup parking was very convenient, but the driveway was difficult to manoeuvre in a large vehicle.

The bedroom/spare longe could do with a door so the kids could sleep.
Maybe a barn sliding door.
But as a whole we enjoyed staying there

Great location and facilities.
BBQ was not suitable - was electric with no extension cord d so I couldn’t use outside.

Fantastic location. Once parked, no need to move the car again while in St. Leonards. Good size bedrooms and great having 2 bathrooms, plus another toilet downstairs and sink, mirror available.
Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, comfy beds. Place stayed very cool on days with temps over 40°.
Pedestal fans in all bedrooms a bonus.
