This beautiful cottage will have you feeling right at home on your getaway. Located only 1.5km to the St Leonards beach and town centre, where you will find the convenience of a supermarket, cafes, eateries, pub, Newsagency and post office.
Delightfully presented, this 3 bedroom home can accommodate up to 11 guests and is well catered for families or groups. The property features a renovated kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer, dish washer, coffee machine and microwave, which leads to the open plan dining room.
Further, the open dining / kitchen leads to the outdoor rear deck with BBQ and outdoor seating.
On a large block with plenty of outdoor space in the front and the rear of property offering plenty of room to securely park your cars or boat, or perhaps a backyard game of outdoor cricket or footy. There is an outdoor sink available for the keen fishermen to clean the catch of the day, and a selection of small kid’s bikes available for guest use.

The property had everything we needed. Great secure space for our large dog. The only negative was ants had taken over the backyard and entered the house. Nothing pest control couldn't fix!

It was a great set up with plenty of room in the yard, basketball hoop was great for the kids . Great location when you have keen golfers as st.Leonard golf course is only a 1km away from house .

Perfect for our family size and our little whippet. Fenced and grassy area. The house worked well space wise. Comfortable beds a bonus. What brand is the main bedroom mattress please! Thanks for a great stay and hopefully we can stay again

We stayed at the Coastal Cottage for 2 nights, with our young family, whilst participating in an event at Portarlington. It was the perfect little family home, as our young sons thoroughly enjoyed playing out in the backyard and sleeping in the bunk beds. We found the house was not only very clean and neat, but very beautiful and comfortable to stay in. It was a great quiet location within short driving distance to all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
