The house is very large and spacious, perfect for families. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, very close to beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our taste, almost like a waterbed, but it was not a major problem.

We liked the view from upstairs, the comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, plenty of plates and glasses. Also having two bathrooms.

A couple of our group thought the indoor stairs were a bit steep.

The house was lovely and spacious, a bit older inside but that aspect made the house feel more comfortable and like home. Location really close to the beach and main street of Portarlington. Beds extremely comfortable.

My family and I loved the Nautical touches and the styling of the property. The rooms were spacious and we were all able to sit together at the table and in the lounge. The outdoor areas were also lovely (the balcony and downstairs patio and BBQ area). Everything we needed was available in the kitchen (pots and pans etc, tea and coffee) but you do need to bring oil, flour etc and other food items as only salt and pepper are supplied in the pantry. Lots of music and CD players. We didn't use the entertainment system so not sure what was available there. Games also available. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Just to be clear this is an older property and consequently there is some wear and tear. The stairs are very narrow, so we really had to watch our elderly parents coming up and down. (Having the downstairs bathroom, sitting room and tea and coffee making alleviates this somewhat).
