A 15 minute stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, with Bellarine wineries just a short drive and Portarlington Golf Course who also provide a free shuttle door to door.
Large outdoor area for entertaining and just relaxing in the sun.
Large TV, DVD air conditioner for the summer and gas heater ensure you are comfortable in all conditions.

The garden was amazing for the kids, the position of the house was so close to just duck into town. And being in court really quiet.

We found the property to have easy access to everything, but out of the way enough that it was quite and calm.

Fantastic property for adults and kids. Has everything you need and has a super kid friendly backyard. The 2 toilets is a bonus. A screen door for the front door would be nice to not let bugs in as the breeze is beautiful. We’ll definitely be back.
