Situated opposite the scenic parklands of the Portarlington Pony Club, it's within walking distance to the beach, shops/cafes and the ferry, and moments away from the Portarlington Golf Club.

Second bedroom: queen bed.
Third bedroom: single-over-double bunk bed with pull-out single trundle.
All bedrooms have split system a/c and heating, plus a ceiling fan.
Bathroom/Laundry: main bathroom with toilet and shower, plus washer/dryer.
Open plan living/dining/kitchen area: smart television access with streaming services available, 8 seat-dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor entertainment: outdoor dining table and bench seats with umbrella, festoon lights and gas bbq.
