Location and staff are great. Always clean.

They provided water in a large container but the pump wasn’t working and the hose had pink water in it forming algae. Not a big problem but disappointed couldn’t use the water.

The property itself is great. Great location staff at building is great. Parking is easy. New building with good AC and gym. Even a sauna.

The host interaction was complicated and the communication was confusing. There was too many versions of the rules sent but no clear Check in process. Nothing explained thoroughly. Had to wait 20 minutes to finish my check in. Thankfully the building staff is caring and allowed me to park my car in the building. If not I’d have to find street parking which requires payment and finding at all impossible. Wait for host and then go back to my car to park at building. It’s added stress. Then waiting for them to show up. Charging 100$ security fee for 1 night. Communication was terrible. I could have checked in earlier but had horrible response time from the host and had to decide to go on with my life or wait hours for confirmation of check in time. I’d skip staying here again just to avoid the extra hassle this host causes. I’ve stayed at other rooms at this building. Was 100% easier and better communication. I don’t want have a lengthy check in process. And now for 1night I have to wait 5-10 days to be refunded my 100$. Ridiculous! That and the pricing with taxes being half of the total charge. They list at 36$ but then add 35 in taxes. Just say it’s 70$ it’s dishonest. Yay over all not happy. And the first thing this morning I get a text saying I need to know checkout is at 12 and let him Know when I leave. Can I just have my time not trying to be in constant communication with this guy. He needs a better way to handle his bookings. Self check in I got the code for the keys in the tiniest of tiny font on an image. He was right there with me. He couldn’t hand me a paper. Or tell me or even type it so it was readable. No he sent me and image of a number. Uhg. Casago it printed out everywhere. How about printing out the WiFi password. Or giving folks info on parking. Or Check in Simplify. And make it clear He never just said Text me as I need to be there to finish the Check in. I need 20 minutes lead time. Too many communications too little information.

La ubicación es muy buena y las áreas comunes están en perfecto estado, aunque el elevador estaba con fallas. Muy seguro y hay lugares para comer caminando.

No me gustó que el baño de la propiedad no bajaba y se quedaba sin agua, que el agua caliente de la regadera solo duraba 2 minutos y después se ponía fría. A pesar de que mencionaban que nunca se realiza la limpieza en estancias, creo que en estancias de una semana al menos debería estar incluida un día.
