The unit features your very own outdoor patio facing the pool with outdoor furniture and a small BBQ grill.

2.5 bathrooms with walk in showers
One safety deposit box.
We supply sheets and towels.
All rooms have individual air conditioned units & ceiling fans

throughout the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishware and cookware.

This unit does NOT have a Jacuzzi nor thermos tub

Must obey condo rules
After reserving with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and scan it back to us.
We will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $500.00 upon your arrival to the property, or via bank transfer after you have reserved.. We will collect these funds outside of the vrbo portal so that you won't be taxed. From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $80.00 and your electrical usage fee.
The remaining funds will be refunded to you at the time of your departure, providing that there are no damages to the property.
