Everything,Julie was a great host,we had a lovely relaxing time,good breakfast and communication was easy leading up to our stay.Would book again if we decide to visit the Churnet valley railway.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit which was a trip on the Churnet Valley railway. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and she made our visit so enjoyable. It was a real home from home experience.

There was nothing that we didn't enjoy

Julie was really welcoming on arrival - showed us round and let us know everything we needed to know about the property. Julie made us a lovely cuppa tea with a little snack which was really lovely. Julie provided lots of really useful information about the local area, quick routes to Alton Towers and explained that the train journey would be amazing - it really was. Julie cooked us a wonderful home cooked breakfast which was delightful and she set us up for our day at Alton towers. Wonderful stay, really clean, the pool table was lots of fun. Would absolutely recommend staying with Julie, you will have a wonderful time. Thank you ☺️

We received a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble, lovely accomodation, breakfast was really nice. Owner went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Will definately stay here again.
