Foi bem fácil fazer contato com os hosts, foram muito ágeis nas respostas. A localização, apesar de ser um bairro mais distante das áreas turísticas, é bem próxima à estação central de trem e metrô, o que facilita muito o deslocamento para outras cidades/pontos de Napoli.
A cozinha é mal equipada, tinha apenas uma panela, alguns garfos e facas bem ruins. Para quem pretende cozinhar em casa esta não é a melhor opção. Facilmente poderia se investir um pouco mais na estrutura da cozinha. O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido e, toda vez que se tomava banho, subia um mau cheiro de esgoto e alagava todo o piso do banheiro.
