Breakfast at the cafe was fine. The food is nothing spectacular. The service was good. I didn't see the attendant after we checked in at all. She was very nice and showed us around during check in. The lobby is usually empty when I was there. I stayed 3 nights. It was relatively quiet. They offered room cleaning service every day. The areas around the hotel are somewhat sketchy, but the room itself was good. The AC stayed on and room was clean.

Don’t let the appearance from the street fool you, this is a wonderful B&B. From the outstanding communication, wonderful host, and comfortable room, this was a tranquil oasis in the ever busy Napoli. It is close to the train station and has plenty of family owned restaurants close by.

My stay at Il Divino in Napoli was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything had such a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Valentina. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Valentina was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — always ready with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed during our stay. Her warmth and hospitality genuinely made our trip to Napoli even more memorable. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in making their experience special. If you’re visiting Napoli, I highly recommend staying at Il Divino. Between the great accommodations and Valentina’s outstanding hospitality, it was an experience we won’t forget!
