In the kitchen is a dining table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven / grill, hood, microwave oven and refrigerator. In the kitchen coffee maker and electric kettle. There is no dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a wooden floor with a herringbone pattern and a twin bedroom and laminate flooring. There is also a cot available that can be placed in the parents' bedroom.
Bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator.
Utility room with washing machine, central heating and boiler.
The house has central heating.
The house is modern and comfortably furnished and equipped.
There is central heating.

Outside:
Covered terrace with barbecue and dining table. Garden furniture on the terrace.

Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, ruime woning met grote omheinde tuin. Beschrijving voldeed aan verwachting. Dicht bij het huis kon de sleutel afgehaald worden. Deze
waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kleine winkel en 1 restaurant in het dorp. In naburig Roznava erg veel winkels en restaurants. Erg fijn verblijf, ook voor de honden.

Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Brzotin von Roznava in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausviertel. In Brzotin selbst gibt es die Möglichkeit, in einem fußläufig erreichbaren Reiterhof essen zu gehen. In Roznava stehen mehrere Supermärkte zur Verfügung. Brzotin ist ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Slowakischen Karst und ins Slowakische Paradies.
Das Haus selbst wurde offensichtlich in jüngerer Zeit vollständig renoviert und verfügt über eine durchgängig moderne Ausstattung. Es ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Jana, die Eigentümerin, lebt in den Niederlanden. Ihre Eltern bewohnen das Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Dort erhält man den Schlüssel; der Vater steht für Fragen und Auskünfte zur Verfügung. Soweit die Verständigung sprachlich problematisch wird, kann Jana telefonisch kontaktiert werden, die gut englisch spricht und als Dolmetscher fungieren kann.
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Einzelhausviertel des Vororts Brzotin von Roznava. Das Gebäude wurde grundlegend modernisiert und mit neuer Einrichtung versehen. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und gut ausgestattet. Janka, die Eigentümerin, lebt in den Niederlanden. Den Schlüssel erhält man von ihrem Vater, der auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite wohnt und der als Ansprechpartner bei eventuellen Problemen zur Verfügung steht. Ich kann das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
