Cleanliness & location
Communication gap between the night duty reception staff & the morning staff. I spoke to reception previous night confirming my arrival in the morning while checking in found my booking cancelled despite night duty staff!s mssg for the morning staff. No contact before cancellation and when asked should I go to other hotels, he expressed happily.
