We had an amazing time at KSV. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive nothing was too much trouble. I would especially like to thank Mr. Sagar from the F&B team for his prompt and professional service. We also loved the dinner! Highly recommended for families.

The entire property is huge with lots of activities. Direct beach access

Bengali cuisine needs to be improved.

Spaciousness, staff behaviour, service, rooms, ambience, proximity to sea, amenities, comfort, layout, breakfast buffet.

Food menu for dinner and lunch could be improved. Time management needs improving too. And perhaps some more training for the staff members to make things more easy peasy.

Location, room and other facilities were good (though slightly overpriced)

Extremely poor reception team (very slow in response with lots of excuses). Further they are not trained enough. They simply denied receiving booking confirmation from booking.com for our booking. They mentioned that the phone number of the property mentioned in booking.com is wrong (we called at that number, and found that it is wrong!). Menu card in restaurant- hand written and xerox copies. Tea cups and water glasses- all one time with low size and below standard quality. Toy train ride- only available for a very short duration in the afternoon, and that too on special request. Water is extremely cold in swimming pool and in water park area. The staffs are less in number and trained poorly (restaurant, room service, etc).
