Great location and great place to stay.

The pictures don't do this apartment justice. Great place to stay and amazing location. Victor was also very accommodating when we needed something.

Amazing!

Excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurant areas. It was my second stay at the apartment and I would definitely go back again. Communication with host was easy and with no delays.

A very good stay that could have been amazing if the apartment was well maintained

The location is amazing!

The maintenance upkeep is slightly off. Lights that do not function, an oven that will not operate at all, a toilet flushing system that needed repairs because it will not stop flushing, and a washing machine that had broken parts, we had to improvise to make it work.

Location

Old Linens, old pillows, not enough blankets for the number of beds. The single bed was not comfortable at all, couldn't sleep on it. Not enough tableware, mugs, etc....

Great stay in Leblon

-Excellent location, just one block away from Leblon beach. -Spacious apartment, big rooms. -Lot of restaurants in the area.

-Some of the rooms are quite dark during the day. In the living room blinds were broken and I couldn't open them fully. -I was asked to pay for electricity which was unprecedented for me as I have stayed in dozens of Booking and Airbnb apartments. Not to mention that I wasn't informed about this when I made the booking the amount that was asked was absurd. 100 reals that is almost 20 euros for basically 48 hours I spent there. I argued that in the end didn't pay it.

Hassle-free, value for money in a top location.

Met by Victor - early check-in which facilitated my life. He was helpful and charming. The location is perfect, near to the beach, shops and subway station. Extra security on the street and it feels like a safe area. The furnishings are basic but comfortable, with just about everything you need. Overall, good value for money.

Noisy upstairs neighbours - the only reason I wouldn't stay there again. If you sleep soundly it shouldn't be a problem though.

O apartamento e bem localizado, a pessoa que me encontrou para entregar as chaves foi bem gentil. Correu tudo bem . A rua e tranquila . Estacao do metro proxima, a unidade fica entre a lagoa e a praia . Foi otimo. Tem muitos bares, restaurantes e padaria proximas O comercio proxi,o e muito bom.

Céntrico, a tres cuadras de la playa de Leblon, a una cuadra de la principal calle comercial. Instalaciones correctas. Buen servicio de check-in en el mismo apartamento.

Confortável e bem localizado

Extremamente bem localizado, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes e banheiro grande.

Não havia saco no lixo da cozinha e não foram deixados extras. O apartamento estava limpo, porém alguns utensílios da cozinha estavam mal lavados. Isso é apenas um detalhe, não afetou nossa estadia que foi confortável.
