Excelente localização e segurança. Apartamento amplo, bons quartos e banheiros
A limpeza da cozinha ficou a desejar, alguns utensílios estavam sujos. Achei poucos copos para o número de hóspedes a que se propõe. Também não fui informada sobre como fazer o descarte do lixo

Estaba muy bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la playa, a 1 del mall, 1 de estación de metro. Tenían restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y de todo cerca. Ipanema estaba muy cerca también. Nos dieron la opción de ingresar antes y salir después por un costo adicional y pudimos aprovechar un poco más de los días. Buena comunicación con el establecimiento en todo momento. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Tiene conserjería 24/7.
Sábanas, toallas y frazadas tenían manchas o estaban sucias. No contaba con algunas cosas básicas como por ejemplo papel higiénico extra, lavaplatos, cucharas pequeñas el desayuno o cuchillos para cocinar. El departamento es un poco oscuro. No tiene buen aislante de sonido, sobretodo los fines de semana se siente bastante ruido hasta las 2-3am ya que tiene un restaurant abajo.

No estaba limpio, la heladera no funcionaba bien. Muy ruidoso Camas, ropa de cama y baño viejas.
