Ocean/Lagoa view Leblon with services - Casape.Rio

In a nice location (quite near the metro) and very near to the beach. Near a comercial and busy street. Also the layout and equipment of the apartment was very good. The two toilets were great. The view is also good. Seeing two irmãos cristo and part of lagoon.

The swimming pool closes quite early (18:00), which limits its usability, especially for guests returning later in the day. Extending the opening hours would greatly improve the experience. The gym is relatively small and does not have air conditioning, which can make workouts uncomfortable, particularly in warmer weather. Elevator waiting times were also longer than expected. As we were staying on the 26th floor and the building has only three lifts, there were occasional delays during peak hours. With some adjustments to facilities and capacity management, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Excellent location of the hotel for a family with a child in a safe area. The staff's delicate attitude towards our family. I would like to highlight the art interior design of the apartment, made with soul and love. We felt at home. During our stay at the hotel, the pool was periodically under maintenance, but sometimes we used its services with great pleasure. The sauna was open every day, it was especially good on cool days.

We liked everything.
