Pleasantly surprised.
Checking-in with the code system Excellent.
Sitting area once inside{Relaxing and well laid out}.
Small Space but well managed and gives the comfort needed.
I did not have time to go out into the open space next to the kitchen.
Packaging of Breakfast really Nice.

The staff were so friendly & helpful, and the private room we stayed in was large, cute decor & well air conditioned. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, they take your drink preference, prepare it and place it at your door. The location was perfect. Definitely coming back again!
The kitchen lacked utensils, it was impossible to cook a meal. The knife was rusted, the chopping board was burnt and melted.

The team at Raymundo were amazing and this what made the hostel with location was great for one day! I wish I could have stayed longer, really enjoyed my time in Evora. Slightly more expensive for me than other hostels but totally worth it!
I didn't stay at any other hostels in Evora but the mens toilets and showers are better in other hostels in Portugal, which I stayed at when traveling through the country and maybe this should be looked at.

Location is close to perfect. Giraldo Square is really close, 3 minutes away.
It was pretty cold, around 15 C inside (I had my own portable thermometer) and that with heating on.
The breakfast was rather symbolic - at least bread should be given more freely (you get 3 slices per person).
The stairs to kitchen are rather steep. Frankly, ALL stairs there are really steep.
In the dorm, beds are without individual lamps .
