We were staying for two nights. When we came back from a full day of walking around, we came back to a room that was not cleaned. No fresh towels. We need more toilet paper.. We asked the owner why she did not have our room cleaned cause she mentioned the Cleaning Lady comes every day. She said we did not ask to have our room cleaned in 50 years of travel. I’ve never had my room not cleaned. It was automatic why would she think we would not want to come back to a clean room. We were so very disappointed and upset. I left a letter for her to let her know how upset we were.
