large airy rooms. spotlessly clean.

The furniture on the balcony only consisted of 2 plastic chairs and 2 deckchairs, which seems strange for an apartment which sleeps 6. There was also no table outside which we could use for dining , only 1 very small plastic side table- very inadequate for glasses,plates etc. we loved the modern apt but balcony was very lacking in suitable seating. we would perhaps suggest refurbishing outside space. Despite the very noisy roadworks which were constant for our weeks holiday, which we realise is outwith the owners control, we loved our stay.

- very spacious - [mostly - see below] clean - modern, comfortable furnishings (beds, sofas, etc.) - quality equipment (kitchen appliances inc. an espresso machine and a tea pot, washer/drier combo) - WiFi worked very well - perfect location for access to beach, stores, restaurants

- light on dinnerware/kitchen supplies: only 6 sets of dinnerware/silverware (lots of washing for a family of 4 mostly eating in); no drinking glasses; all tea cups were chipped; very view trash bags; one single use dishwasher detergent bottle; no napkins or paper towels; no kitchen towels either. - most of silverware and some dinnerware was dirty on arrival (the rest of the place was very clean) - very poor sound insulation in the building, including noise from other apartments and from the outside (e.g. from restaurants downstairs, garbage trucks in the middle of the night, etc.). Not much of an issue for us in the winter but I can see it being an issue for some in the summer.

The flat was very spacious and modern, almost perfect. The people at the reception of the hotel very nice and helpful, in particular a young girl that spoke English (and French as well) perfectly. The breakfast at the hotel as well is to be praised.

No waste bin in the bathrooms, no oven gloves, one of the bathrooms is very fashionable but gives little to no privacy...
