Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces et des plages

The location was perfect.
One balcony could not be used because of pigeon droppings, I don’t think it had been cleaned for a long time.
The main entrance door mechanism failed so we had to call for help to get in.
No hair drier, we asked for one and it was delivered later that day.
Collecting the keys from nearly one kilometre away ids not good
Only two cups.
The shower door has a large gap and we had to mop up after every shower.
