Apartamento muy amplio y muy bien situado. Muy buena zona con todo lo necesario al alcance .Un punto entrar directamente del ascensor al apartamento..
Por poner una pega, había botones del mando del televisor que no funcionaban.

Ubicación y tranquilidad
La terraza estaba sucia, sin limpiar con mucha arena y faltaba un tape del desagüe Estaba también sucio la terraza que daba la calle. No se había limpiado. Dejó una sábana para el sofá, pero para mi gusto faltaba otra sábana para el sofá amarillo pequeño. A mí me gusta taparlos. Y no sentarme donde se ha sentado otra gente. Y protegerlos. La nevera también estaba medio limpia un cajón de fruta
