Excellent stay for a short seaside break.

The flat is in a great location, close to the beach. Apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Be aware of cyclists and scooters (it's a footpath shared with a bike lane) when leaving the underground garage - sometimes is hard to see them and drive away the steep driveway ;)

Die Lage ist super, am Ende der Promenade - ruhig, schnell am Strand und wer möchte zur belebten Strandpromenade. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.

..die Wohnung war super. Eine Hausnummer an der Eingangstür oder am Haus fehlt. Vielleicht noch ein Regal im Badezimmer und ein kleiner Hocker um Sachen abzulegen, aber das ist „Jammern auf hohen Niveau“ Tiefgarage ist vorhanden aber bei großen Autos nicht zu empfehlen - daher Parkgebühren einplanen, Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Tydzień nad morzem

Lokalizacja kwatery to zdecydowanie największy atut – naprawdę bliziutko do morza, co było ogromnym plusem i pozwalało cieszyć się plażą bez konieczności długich spacerów. Dużym udogodnieniem był również dostęp do garażu – choć warto mieć na uwadze, że wiąże się to z dodatkową opłatą.

Niestety, pojawił się drobny zgrzyt na początku pobytu – otrzymaliśmy niewłaściwe klucze, co spowodowało pewne zamieszanie i opóźnienie w zakwaterowaniu. Osoba, która przyjechała z biura, by przekazać właściwe klucze, była raczej powściągliwa w obyciu – zabrakło odrobiny serdeczności, która zawsze robi różnicę, zwłaszcza po dziesięciogodzinnej podróży. W dzisiejszych czasach wielu podróżnych doceniłoby opcję self check-in, która mogłoby usprawnić i uprzyjemnić proces zameldowania, eliminując tego typu nieporozumienia. Podsumowując: miejsce ma ogromny potencjał, głównie dzięki lokalizacji, jednak jest jeszcze przestrzeń na poprawę w zakresie organizacji i obsługi gości.

Direkt an der Promenade und am Strand. Besser geht nicht. Unerwartet gute Matratze. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Obwohl in dem Haus viele verschiedene Wohnungen sind,.wo entsprechend viele Leute ein und ausgehen angenehm ruhig

Wunderbare Lage für Familien geeignet

Die Lage am Ende der Promenade ist hervorragend. Abends ist kein Trubel mehr. Direkt vor der Tür das Laguna. Besteck und Geschirr gut vorhanden. Funktionional eingerichtet. Bett soweit okay. Für wenige Nächte Schlafsofa optimal.

Ein kleiner Backofen wäre toll, da keine Bäckerei in der Nähe.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 24 und es war alles genau wie auf den Fotos. Es war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Der Multifunktionsofen ist super. Es war rund rum wirklich sehr stimmig eingerichtet, es waren hochwertige Möbel, Bad wirklich auch sehr schön mit den Fliesen etc., meinen Geschmack hat es zu 100 % getroffen. Auch dieses kleine rundliche Schlafzimmer ist mit der runden Wand wirklich gut durchdacht in der kleinen Wohnung. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ist zwar nur eine Schiebetür, dafür hält sie die Geräusche vom Wohnzimmer fern. Die Couch ist bequem und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schränke sind alles Einbauschränke von sehr guter Qualität, es war wirklich richtig viel Stauraum den man nutzen konnte.

Es gab nur ein Problem mit der Heizung. Die Räume waren alle warm, aber leider war sie immer mal sehr laut und das auch in der Nacht. Sobald man am Thermostat gedreht hat, hörte es auf.
