A perfectly equipped kitchen for 4 people, a double bed, a pull-out couch for 2 people, free WIFI internet connection, flat screen TV with all German programs, DVD player, radio CD guarantee a relaxing stay.
Access to the apartment is barrier-free.
Own parking spaces are at the house.
You live only 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and promenade and in close proximity to the border.
The costs of the spa treatments are easily covered by the health insurance companies.
Various spa houses are in the immediate vicinity!

Am Ende der Strandpromenade, etwas ruhiger an einer Saline gelegen, direkt am Strandzugang, echt toll. In max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Trubel mit zahlreichen sehr schönen Restaurants einfach gut.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat.
Sauber ,durchdacht Möblierung sodas es an nichts fehlt.
Die Lage ist einfach nur herrlich. Direkt gegenüber der Saline am Anfang der Promenade.
Wird haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen wirklich erholt zurück.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade direkt am Wald. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte und man ist auf der Promenade und bis an die Wasserkante sind es nur ca. 50 bis 100 Meter.
Sämtliche Gaststätten und den "Polenmarkt" erreicht man in wenigen Minuten.
Außerdem ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Alle Möbel sind in sehr gutem Zustand und Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Würde jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Es ist eine süße kleine Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlte und die sehr schön am ruhigen Ende der Promenade in Swinemünde liegt.
Ich war rundum zufrieden.
