when coming on late night one day, gate didnt open with key card for it, so end up with taking parking ticket. not sure if its one time issue at that night or not.

Exceptional

The appartment Is tastefully furnished, it has a beautiful floor and view of the dune.

I would appreciate more cooking ustensils, coffee filters And a slightly later checkout time, as the keys must be handed over to the reception desk at a different address which means you really must leave the appartment at 9.30 in the morning.

Dość obszerne mieszkanie, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, komfortowo.

Niektóre elementy wnętrza nadgryzione zębem czasu (i eksploatacji), ale bez wpływu na funkcjonalność.

Udany pobyt

Pokój był dobrze wyposażony i czysty, z bardzo wygodną łazienką. Internet działał bez zarzutu, zgodnie z zapewnieniami. Również kontakt telefoniczny z zarządcą przebiegał bardzo sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Dużym plusem było też gwarantowane miejsce parkingowe i prywatność zapewniona podczas korzystania z obiektu porównywalna z własnym mieszkaniem w bloku. Lokalizację oceniam również bardzo dobrze -- budynek położony jest dość blisko promenady i plaży (około 10 minut spacerem), lecz jednocześnie trochę na uboczu, dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie.

Nie podobało mi się, że klucze do pokoju i przydzielonego miejsca parkingowego należało odebrać (i przy wymeldowaniu również oddać) w innym miejscu niż to, gdzie znajduje się sam obiekt. Po długiej podróży szukanie biura zarządcy w nieznanym mieście jest dosyć uciążliwe, tym bardziej że w popołudniowych godzinach szczytu trudno jest znaleźć w jego pobliżu wolne miejsce parkingowe. Trochę brakowało mi również zmywarki.

es war ok. für eine woche.

die lage war gut. für hunde. mit viel wald umgeben. aber nichts für ältere menschen, mit einer kleinen gehbehinderung.

es fehlte eine mikrowelle. zum aufwärmen von speisen u.s.w. zum frühstück oder abendessen muß man aus dem haus gehen. also, wenn es regnet oder kalt ist, erst warm anziehen.

Wygodny apartament blisko lasu, deptaka i plaży

Wygodnie i komfortowo wyposażony apartament. Czysty, zadbany. Cichy mimo sporej ilości innych apartamentów w budynku. Ładny zielony krajobraz za oknem. Wygodne łózko w sypialni. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Blisko do deptaka, nad morze, do wypożyczalni rowerów. Blisko teren do joggingu po lesie.

Osobiście nie wykańczałbym podłogi białymi płytkami z połyskiem, natychmiast widoczne są wszelkie zabrudzenia. Zameldowanie w biurze w innym miejscu, niż apartament. Trochę wąski balkon.

Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr günstig. In der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle/ kleiner Backofen oder ein Toaster hilfreich. Kein Safe. Sehr hellhörig

Idealny na zimowy (i pewnie nie tylko) dłuższy pobyt.

Blisko na promenadę, w okolicy jest Lidl i Biedra. Blisko do niemieckiej kolejki UBB (połączenie np. do Heringsdorf).

Telewizor nam się w nocy randomowo włączał - nikt nie zasnął na pilocie ;)
