In the heart of Provence, at the foot of Sainte Victoire, 5 minutes from Aix en Provence and 30 km from the sea and the city of Marseille (European Capital of Culture 2013), this recently renovated haven of peace, will seduce you with its tranquility.
This 160m2 house is located under the pines and on the edge of the vineyard, it has a large bright living room and a semi open kitchen, the sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom / shower as well as 2 toilets.
It has a large 12x6 secure swimming pool with garden furniture and deckchairs, a park for children, a beautiful shaded site for barbecues, eating and having an aperitif, there is also a pingpong table and the possibility of making beautiful game of pétanque. There is also a fitness area with several machines overlooking the pool and the valley.
The village of Châteauneuf le rouge is less than 3 km away and has all the amenities: medical office, pharmacy, bakery, post office.
This house has never left people indifferent among our friends and tenants,
