About this apartment rental
This absolutely unique and trendy apartment is located right in the heart of Barcelona - on Plaza Catalunya, around the corner from Passeig de Gracia and next to Las Ramblas. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building. This convenient 90m2 apartment features 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, distributed on two floors. On the bottom floor you will find the master bedroom with comfortable double bed and a flat screen TV, and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has access to a small private terrace, overlooking inner patio. The living room area enjoys an amazingly high ceiling and offers big comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.) Here you will also find a laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, you can enjoy the entertainment room/second master bedroom. It has a projector screen and DVD player with surround sound. Interconnecting with this bedroom, you have the second guest bedroom with the 2 singles beds (may be made into on double bed). This bedroom has its own flat screen T.V. On the upper level you will also find the second complete bathroom with shower. Please, note that the whole upper floor has lower ceilings.
This apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends who would like to have a great stay in Barcelona, being in the epicenter of everything and able to walk everywhere.

Three double bedrooms (beds may be changed according to your personal needs, please note that two bedrooms are interconnecting) Heating and air conditioner. High speed Internet access. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
Arrival between 00:00 and 06:00 is subject to 60 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

Ideal location for tourists, which is what we were. Apartment was clean and well appointed.
Check-in process was fine with our only snag being to pay the remaining balance of our rent to YouStylish. This is done on the spot with the agent in the apartment with a card reader, direct to YouStylish. If coming from US make sure you have talked to your bank before trying to charge a huge amount onto your credit card. One of our cards wouldn't allow YouStylish to charge the remaining balance to our card. Fortunately we had another credit card that allowed a two-step verification via our phone and we got checked-in.
A better approach would be for YouStylish to require remaining payment through the VRBO app 1 week prior to arrival.
The apartment WiFi did NOT work, and cell service (we have AT&T) was practically non-existent inside all buildings in Barcelona. Once outside, cell service was fine.
This apartment is truly in the heart of tourist central. If you are wanting peace and quiet, then this is NOT the apartment for you. For our family it was exactly what we wanted. It's ideal location for access to public transportation, including to and from the airport. The Metro and Aerobus are both SUPER easy options for airport transfer.

This was a great apt stay in Barcelona. Located very centrally we walked everywhere and only took a cab once to Parc Guell. Close to La Rambla, it was easy to reach our bookings- cooking class, bike tour, and dinners out were all close by. Across the street from the large shopping center with grocery store, El Corte Ingles, we easily bought breakfast and light food for the apt. I highly recommend this apt agent they were very easy to work with. When I had trouble making the first payment due to my credit card blocking, they were very patient and we worked it out. Also beds are super comfy, which I am picky about!
